Joan’s Change Your Mind course is so good! I’ve really enjoyed doing it.

It’s well researched, comprehensive and easy to use. I could go at my own pace.

I felt an improvement in my sense of well being right from the start with the breathing exercises. And then was able to build on it as I progressed through the other sections. I enjoyed all of it but I found the section on Journaling particularly helpful, which surprised me to be honest!

The “Change Your Mind” Course Overview

This 4 week course is split into 4 sections, with each week containing a series of 5 themed ‘daily invitations’ running Monday through Friday. The weekends are left clear for you to practice your favourite invitation(s).

Together, we take a look at:

  • Assists in overcoming emotional triggers

  • Regulates fight/flight and rest/digest reactions

  • Assists in slowing our thought patterns down

About Joan George

My love of all things holistic has led me down a wonderful path of learning and embracing various ways of making sure my wellbeing is top priority in my life.

I left the corporate world behind in order to follow this passion. Not only did I change career, I also decided to change country. For a long time I have had the desire to find out where my ancestors come from, so the adventure started in 2006 when I left South Africa for the UK.

Around 30 years ago, with the call to all things holistic, I learned Transcendental Mediation, and the rest just fell in to place, I qualified in:

and when I got to the UK the learnings continued at a fast and furious pace:

At the core of all my practices and daily routines is mindfulness, whether it is being out in nature, meditating, journaling, or the practice of self care. Being present and open to all experiences, being willing to accept what is here right now, is key to dealing effectively with the ever changing world.
