I want to read a poem to you. I love the words and think they are pertinent for what we are going through at the moment.

We get so caught up in what is going on in the world at the moment, that we forget to live our own lives, in the present moment.  And this poem captures the essence of just that, living in the present moment, that’s why I wanted to share it far and wide.
